Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer in Luminous Bronze Light Review

Hey everyone! Today I'm excited to be reviewing the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer in Luminous Bronze Light ($50 purchased from Sephora). It is marketed as a medium bronzer infused with Luminous Light for fair/light skin. I have light/medium skin but I find that this shade works as an overall bronzer for my skintone. The bronzer has the same bronze colored box as the other Ambient Lighting powders which I find a little annoying (Ambient Lighting review linked here), but as I mentioned before, the actual packaging is a different color.

The case for this bronzer is beautiful! It is a reflective yellow gold with black lettering. Finger prints can be easily wiped off, which I really like.

The name of the bronzer is written on the back of the case, but the lettering is very light and hard to read. If you are planning on purchasing both shades, I would suggest keeping the boxes since its lettering is easier to see.

Isn't this a beautiful bronzer? The powder itself is very soft and finely mild. It doesn't settle into any lines or cling to any dry patches. I don't use this bronzer for contouring, rather I use it as an overall bronzer with my Hoola brush from Benefit (Instagram pic below), and to darken my neck when my foundation is a shade too dark. It really makes you glow and combined with the Ambient Lighting Dim Light powder, my face looks flawless without looking too made up.

Overall I think this is beautiful bronzer. It might have a steep price tag, but you really get a lot of product to last you a while. I hope this review was helpful!
