Urban Decay Ammo Palette: Review

Hi everyone! So I decided to jump on the beauty blog wagon and I wanted to start with my favorite palette, UD Ammo. I'm writing about this palette now because I noticed it's on sale! When I purchased this amazing set it was $34 but now you can buy it from Urban Decay for only $16!!!! I'm actually thinking of purchasing this palette again since I use it so much! So I lost the original packaging and used up the sample primer potion, but I have some photos of what the actual palette looks like below. Just a note, all the colors in this set are glittery/shimmery/metallic. There are no matte shades.

What You Get:

10 Eyeshadows-
  • Smog (deep brown)
  • Mildew (beautiful light green)
  • Oil Slick (black)
  • Last Call (awesome plum)
  • Chopper (copper)
  • Maui Wowie (darker gold)
  • Shattered (the most amazing turquoise)
  • Polyester Bride (white that is perfect for inner corner)
  • Grifter (soft lavender)
  • Sin (champagne)
Mini Brush

Travel Size Potion Primer (original)

This palette includes super blendable colors that look amazing for everyday wear or for special occasions. These shadows can be applied wet or dry. I usually spray my brush with some makeup setting pray when I want a more intense look. To be honest, my favorite shadow in this palette is Sin (I'm not sure if you can tell from the pictures). I used it so much that I ended up buying the full size version. However, this will cost you more than the whole palette itself (now that it's on sale). Another option is to buy the Potion Primer in Minor Sin, this will give your whole look an amazing base color. The only thing I hated about this palette was the brush. It was very hard and not very usable in my opinion.
