Formula 10.0.6 Be Berry Clear Illuminating Peel Mask Review

Hey Beauty Lovers!

Today's post will be a first impressions review of the Formula 10.0.6 Be Berry Clear Illuminating Peel Mask. This mask is inexpensive, and is formulated with so many fantastic ingredients. I was really surprised with how much I enjoyed this mask, even though it has so many great reviews!

What I love about this mask:
  • Illuminating
  • Skin clearing
  • Antioxidants
  • Minimizes pores
  • Contains tea and coffee extracts
  • Calms and soothes skin
Ingredients (from Ulta):
Water, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Alcohol Denat., Polysorbate 80, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Betaine, Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Leaf Extract, Euterpe Oleracea (Acai) Fruit Extract, Vaccinium Macrocarpon (Cranberry) Fruit, Vaccinium Myrtillus Fruit/Leaf Extract, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cane) Extract, Acer Saccharum (Sugar Maple) Extract & Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Polyacrylamide, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Laureth-7, Lycium Barbarum Fruit Extract, Coffea Arabica (Coffee) Seed Extract, Morinda Citrifolia Fruit Extract, Punica Granatum Juice Extract, Garcinia Mangostana Fruit Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Fragrance, Disodium Edta, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Red 33. R05-16

I know that some people avoid products with alcohol high on the ingredient list, but I don't have a problem with alcohol in a peel mask that is only left on your skin for 15 min. Please do a patch test of this mask on your arm before using it all over your face. There is a very heavy synthetic fragrance, so if that bothers you, stay away from all the Formula 10.0.6 masks.

The instructions suggest to apply a thin layer of the mask, and allow it to dry. I definitely had to leave it on for more than the recommended 15 min, but I didn't experience any dryness from using the mask. The consistency was very sticky, but it dried down very well. I didn't have any issues peeling off the mask, and it didn't make a mess when it was applied.

I really enjoyed using this mask. It was fun to peel off, and I didn't experience any irritation. It really cleared out my pores, and calmed down any redness. My skin also looked less dull when I peeled off the mask, and the effects lasted throughout the day. I would recommend trying this mask if you are looking for pore clearing peel-off mask, especially if you are on a budget.

This mask can be enjoyed by normal, oily, and combination skin types. I wouldn't recommend this mask if you have sensitive or dry skin.

I hope you enjoyed this first impressions review.
