Summer Navy Smoky Eye Tutorial

1. Apply Tarte Clean Slate 360 Creaseless 12-hr Smoothing Eye Primer all over the lid up to the brow bone
2. Set primer with UD Naked Smoky Combust shade
3. Apply UD Naked Smoky Password shade to the crease with a light hand and blend
4. Apply UD Naked Smoky Dagger shade evenly over the lid
5. Apply Tarte Make Believe In Yourself Fairy shade over the lid
6. Apply Tarte Make Believe In Yourself Dream shade to the inner half of the lid
7. Blend away harsh edges at the crease with UD Naked Smoky Password shade
8. Apply NARS Soft Touch Shadow Pencil in Dark Rite to the outer v and blend
9. Apply Rimmel Scandaleyes liquid liner to upper lash and wing out
10. Apply UD Naked Smoky Thirteen shade to brow bone
11. Apply UD Naked Smoky High shade to brow bone
12. Apply UD Naked Smoky Dagger shade to lower lash line
13. Apply Tarte Make Believe In Yourself Dream shade to lower lash line
14. Apply MUFE Aqua XL Liner in I-24 to lower lash line
15. Apply Bobbi Brown Retouching Face Pencil in Illuminate to inner corners of the eye
16. Apply Lancome Cils Booster XL to upper and lower lashes
17. Apply two coats of Marc Jacobs Omega Lash in Blacquer to upper and lower lashes
18. Apply YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer all over face
19. Apply It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream with a damp Beauty Blender
20. Apply BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector in Opal to cheek bones
21. Set liquid makeup with Too Faced Primed & Poreless Pressed Powder
