Before I tell you all the benefits of using a glass nail file, let me start by saying that I haven't gotten a manicure or pedicure in over two years. My nails are far from perfect at the moment, but I always keep them short and painted. I have been experiencing a lot of nail damage from my emery board, so I decided to try a glass nail file.
