Ole Henriksen Power Bright: 3-Step Professional Brightening System Review

Hey everyone! Third post of the day! I'm on a serious roll! This post will be a review on the Ole Henriksen Power Bright 3-Step Professional Brightening System ($55 purchased from Sephora). I initially got a three treatment sample from a Sephora haul, but have since bought the full sized product (6 treatments). I have been using this product once a week for a month now, so I decided to give you guys a review. 

The system comes with three steps: 

1. Moment of Truth(TM) Polishing Sugar Mask (I leave this one for 10 min, and then rinse off)

2. Truth 25% Vitamin C Concentrate (I leave this on for 3 min, but do not rinse)

3. Uncover the Truth(TM) Melting Cleanser (I leave this on for 15 min, and then rinse off)

The polishing sugar mask and melting cleanser can be purchased separately, but the vitamin C concentrate is exclusive to this set. Each treatment (package of all three steps) can be split into two, so I get 12 treatments from this set. They recommend using this product 3 times a week, but I have seen great results with once a week application.

I start every Saturday morning with the Power Bright Treatment. It takes around 40 min from start to finish, so I don't like to rush. I find it very relaxing and I usually light a candle and lie down on the couch during waiting times. The sugar scrub warms up, and really gets rid of any dead skin from the surface of your face. I like to apply it after a shower, and I find that it really helps clear out my pores too. The vitamin C concentrate burned slightly the first few times using it, but by now my skin is used to the product. The melting cleanser fells super smooth and buttery. The set also comes with two round sponges that you are supposed to used to take off the last step (not shown), but you can use any towel. All three steps have a very strong citrus scent, which I find very relaxing. After washing off the last step, my skin looks bright and radiant. I find that this effect lasts all week, so I don't feel like I need to use it three times a week. This at home facial is the key to glowing skin! It really brings out the OleGlow. I apply the Truth Serum right after washing the last step off, and my skin has never looked better. everyone compliments me on my pregnancy glow, but it's really the addition of this product that makes me look so good!
