I Dew Care Disco Kitten Mask Review

Hey Beauty Lovers!

Today I am going to be reviewing one of my favorite masks. The I Dew Care Disco Kitten mask is a glittery peel-off mask, that will make you look like a disco ball/alien! I don't think I've ever had such a fun time using a mask before, and I try to use it as often as possible. I'm kind of new to peel-off masks, and this was my very first. 

Claims:

• Bright and Clear complexion
• Formulated with Pearl Powder- exfoliation and brightening
• Formulated with Diamond Powder- Boosts elasticity and removes impurities
• Formulated with Rice Bran Extract- enriched in vitamins that moisturize and improve texture
• Formulated with Oats- contains antioxidants
• Formulated with Botanicals including Lily, Jasmine, Orange Flower, Elder Flower, and Magnolia- rich in vitamins that help soften the skin

Ingredients (from Ulta):

Water, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Alcohol, Glycerin, Synthetic fluorphlogopite, Titanium Dioxide (CI77891), Bentonite, 1, 2-Hexanediol, C12-14 Pareth-12, Salvia Hispanica Seed Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Houttuynia Cordata Extract, Xanthan Gum, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Propanediol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Tin Oxide, Fragrance, Disodium EDTA, Allantoin, Pearl Extract, Butylene Glycol, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, Sambucus Nigra Flower Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Flower Extract, Magnolia Liliflora Flower Extract, Plumeria Rubra Flower Extract, Lilium Tigrinum Extract, Amethyst Powder, Tourmaline, Diamond powder, Topaz, Ruby Powder

The instructions say to apply a thin layer with a mask brush, and then let the mask dry for 20 min. After the mask dries, you can peel the mask off, and wash away any residue. I don't have a mask brush, so I have been using my fingers. This can get very messy, so I'm thinking of buying a cheap brush on Amazon. If you have a reasonably priced brush, let me know where you found it. Using your fingers will give you a very uneven application, and you won't be able to apply a thin layer. I ended up having to let the mask dry for a lot longer than 20 min. If you peel it before every spot dries, you will end up with a horrible mess. You can use this mask 2-3 times a week, and I would recommend using it on alternating days. 

Every time I use this mask, I am shocked with how beautiful my skin looks. It definitely brightens and clears the skin, and the effects last for a few days. The jar will last you a while, but make sure to close it very tightly. This mask is worth every penny, and I cannot recommend this mask enough!
